Service Description

Gotaan provides a people-centric SaaS service connecting users with businesses through AI-powered Virtual Assistants. These assistants automate routine tasks, allowing human agents to focus on more relevant interactions.

Service Use

By using Gotaan's Virtual Assistants, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and updated information
  • Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Personal Data

Gotaan collects and processes personal data (name and WhatsApp phone number) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this collection.

Liability

Gotaan acts as intermediary between OpenAI (LLM), your organization, and the user. We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of responses provided by our assistants. It is your responsibility to verify information before making decisions based on it.

Intellectual Property

All software and content rights are property of Gotaan or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any service component is prohibited without express authorization.

Terms Modification

Gotaan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when published on our website. We recommend periodic review of these terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Argentine law. Any disputes will be resolved in Argentine courts.

Liability Limitation

Gotaan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for service access during the claim period.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Gotaan, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from service use or Terms violations.

Prohibitions

  • Using the service for spam or unsolicited content
  • Interfering with service operation or accessing unauthorized areas
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling any service software

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Argentina under local commercial arbitration rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Spanish.

General Provisions

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Refund Policy

At Gotaan, we strive to deliver high-quality WhatsApp message automation services through AI virtual assistants and an efficient CRM. If unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Refund Eligibility

  • Subscription Plans: Refunds within 7 days of purchase if under 50 messages
  • Custom Implementations: Refundable if service hasn't been configured
  • Technical Failures: Partial/full refunds for unresolved issues

Non-Eligibility

  • Partial usage without reported issues
  • Requests after satisfaction guarantee period
  • Post-refund period cancellations
  • Policy violations

Refund Process

  1. Email support@gotaan.com with subject 'Refund Request'
  2. Include order number, reason, and supporting evidence
  3. Team review within 5-7 business days

Processing

Approved refunds processed in 5-10 business days to original payment method. Timing may vary depending on financial institution.
